2. Registering marriage with the original spouse, but living together as husband and wife without registration, resulting in bigamy, is known as the de facto marriage after legal marriage.
3. Bigamy refers to the situation where one has not registered marriage with their spouse or others, but has cohabited with them in a marital relationship and engaged in bigamy.
4. Living together as husband and wife without registering with the original spouse, and later marrying someone else and engaging in bigamy, this is known as the legal marriage type after factual marriage.
5. Having no spouse but knowingly marrying someone who is already registered or cohabiting as husband and wife, resulting in bigamy.
